You are solely responsible for:
- Managing which pages and domains are indexed
- Reviewing and clearing sensitive information from the index
- Securing access to your device and browser profile
- Compliance with any professional, regulatory, or contractual obligations regarding sensitive information
We accept no responsibility or liability for:
- The storage or exposure of any sensitive information indexed by the Extension
- Compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA)
- Data retention or deletion requirements for sensitive information
- Unauthorized access to sensitive information stored in the index
- Any damages or losses resulting from the storage or exposure of sensitive information
You acknowledge that using this Extension in professional or regulated environments may require additional security measures or may be inappropriate for certain use cases
6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including but not limited to its source code, design, and functionality, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. Open Source Components

8. Limitation of Liability

- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- Cost of procurement of substitute services
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to local data
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the Extension

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification

- Local data will be deleted according to Chrome's extension removal process

- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
12.2. Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Extension
- They supersede any prior agreements or understandings
12.3. No Waiver
- Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver
13. Export Control
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations in your use of the Extension.
14. Updates and Notifications
14.1. We may notify you of updates to these Terms through:
- The Extension interface
- Chrome Web Store listing
- Email (if provided)

Your continued use of the Extension after such notifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- We make no representations about compliance with industry-specific regulations
15.2. Regulated Industries
